Biography
Ashleigh Collier grew up in small-town Arkansas, the daughter of two respiratory therapists.  She attended Arkansas State University with an emphasis on philosophy until meeting Dustin Collier in 2005.  Just over a year later, the two were married and headed to California to start a new life.  She worked and attended school simultaneously to support Dustin Collier as he attended Boalt Hall School of Law and during the first couple years of his solo practice.

Mrs. Collier soon completed the paralegal studies program at San Francisco State University and came on board with the firm full-time.  San Francisco State University is one of very few California paralegal programs to receive certification by the American Bar Association, making the program more rigorous than most.  Mrs. Collier not only completed the program, but she completed it with the Highest Honors awarded.  Since that time, she has proven an invaluable asset to the firm.

Mrs. Collier works with the firm on employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and whistleblower cases.  She also assists with personal injury disputes.
